Tough day, fixing everything true phone. New rod is coming .... Hope its my only word;-)

So excited this week! I ordered a lot of new things, new rod Dragon Moderate 2.60 4-18g cw, and a bunch of trout lures. All coming this week!

Dragon MODERATE rods are a result of our last visit to Japan Fishing Tackle Show.

For last few years we have been looking at Japanese rod building market and noticed significant improvement in construction and design. Through years a group of custom rod-builders developed into small blanks factories. Untill today they got quite important market share among tackle giants and now successfully sell more expensive but better rods, appreciated by most advanced anglers. 

The goals which we set up for MODERATE rods:

medium fo fast action

slim blanks with relatively massive walls, but inside hole diameters smalles than standerd

easy casting of light and very light lures

all-length blank curve under a loa

handle design characteristic for Japanes spinning rods

blank construction based on original range of roda for Japanesemarket, extend by some longer items, demanded by European anglers

Another morning

Quick session today morning with lures, two nice size pikes landed, one after another.
Both very aggressive strike on Relax classic black-white shad.

Tracking big fish

Early this year i set up my new personal best pike. Since that day i got many fish, but nothing big.

Now with new equipment and different way of thinking i'm ready to hunt for River Barrow monster.
